Real Threat Lies in your Smartphone

Smartphone, the biggest invention of mankind poses a real and a massive threat to its security.
In this article, we will see few of the major security issues posed by the smartphones.


With regard to hardware issues, the biggest threat to yourself is the phone battery. Make sure you do not talk or use your phone when it is being charged. Secondly, if your phone keeps heating up then get it checked from the service center before it explodes in your hand, pocket or while its pressed against your ear.
With regard to software issues, whenever you are downloading an application, a popup will usually appear asking your permission to access various folders in your phone and also access to mic, camera, GPS, contact list etc etc. Did you wonder why this app needs access to these utilities on your smartphone?

An alarming proportaion of Android applications can find and open private photos on your phone, track your location, copy all your contacts, and even use mic and camera of your phone without your knowledge. This analysis has been provided by antivirus software provider Bitdefender after scrutinizing about 1 million play store Android applications.


 Keeping all these threats in mind, you should always be careful while downloading any software on your smartphone. If you suspect any malfunction on your phone like its speed is slowed down considerably or there is some unusual network activity or some popup keeps appearing then you should do following things:
1. Delete the last software installed
2. Delete all suspected apps
3. If the problem still persists then restore your phone to factory settings. This will delete everything on your phone except for its operating system and the apps provided by the company.
Warning - Before bringing your phone to factory setting, you should make a backup of all your important stuff or transfer these to any sky drive or copy them to your laptop.

Her step mother always kept her away in a small store room adjacent to the kitchen. She was not even formally named. Soon she had two half siblings. A lot of celebrations were held at their arrival. She was unaware of the happenings as she was still too young to understand the life. She was made to do all the cleaning in the house. She washed clothes of her siblings, polished their school shoes and did all the dishes. She wore the old and discarded clothes of her half-sister, ate the left overs and slept on store room floor.
